Why should students take CTE courses? Participants enter in chat their responses, encouraging them to submit as many as they want. A member of the team will post them on the Jamboard placing answers in each column for Explain II. Display Jamboard with chat responses from Explore II. Ask each question and request participants to submit more comments in chat. 1. What reasons will be the most compelling to students? 2. What reasons will be most compelling to parents? 3. With all these reasons, why is not every student in the school enrolled in CTE courses? Share the results of the CTE State-Wide Recruiting Survey. And the resources in the booklet that address recruiting barriers (pages 4-11). Encourage participants to ask questions or make comments in chat.
