Lesson Overview: Most people believe they know how to take a temperature. Do they really? Students will learn there are different types of thermometers and different places that a temperature can be taken. Each site has there own “normal.” Students will learn “how” to read a glass thermometer and determine if the reading is normal or abnormal. Responding to the immediate need of online resources, the ILCTE Innovative Curriculum Resources Project conducted a series of Professional Learning experiences.
