CTE Graduate Profile

CAREER PATH

After high school, I plan to attend a college and major in nursing. From there, I would love to learn and shadow oncology nurses, and specifically pediatric oncology nurses. Through Health Occupations, I trained the proper amount of clinical and theory hours so I could test for and pass my CNA exam.

CAREER PATHWAY

HOW HAS CTE MADE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR LIFE/CAREER? Having the hands-on experiences in clinicals is what made a difference. I wasn’t too sure if nursing was what I wanted to do, so this kind of determined for me that, yes, I want to do nursing. It especially warmed my heart when I knew I was helping these people and learning both at the same time.
