I attended the culinary Institute of America after high school and PRYHG WR N HZ O UOHDQV WR ZRUN DW WKH EHVW ÀQH GLQLQJ UHVWDXUDQW in the city. Then I began my bachelor’s degree in culinary management and supervision with a minor in business accounting. I moved back to Chicago and worked at a popular Asian- fusion restaurant and a M ichelin S tar brewery. I then worked at W ilco Area Career Center and was an instructor in the same class I took. Following that I became a lead line cook at a private country club before becoming the executive chef of a tap house in Lockport. I now am a corporate chef for a food broker doing recipe development and menu ideations , s ervicing accounts such as S PLWKÀHOG SRUN J HQQLH - R - t XUNH\ DQG T DEDVFR KRW VDXFH

It helped me to jump start my college career to get into the CIA. My program also gave me the SkillsUSA competition which was where my strength in public speaking began. Learning how to make sushi got me the chance to be the only woman to work the sushi bar at the A sian fusion restaurant.
