Shannon Ungaro

I took the classes in high school that helped me get into the job I knew I was meant for. When I got hired, I was a teachers ’ aide. I took classes at the community college to get me teacher qualified. (Classes vary, but most were education classes) That allowed me to be able to create lesson plans and a stronger bond with the children.

Always be yourself! The children will love you for who you are. Always smile and be in the moment with them. I always thought they needed me but I needed them <3

Being able to go into a daycare setting and seeing how things are run, seeing the children engage into the learning and the dedication the teachers are putting into their lesson plans. It gave me a way to show how much I loved teaching and helped me get my dream job. It turned strangers into family.
