CTE Graduate Profile

Christen Osborne

While in high school, I was dead set on pursuing an agriculture degree! I enrolled myself in every agriculture class offered while also being involved in FFA. After graduating from BPC, I became an agriculture transfer student at Lake Land College in Mattoon, IL. After spending two years there and earning my Associates's Degree, I then transferred to WIU in Macomb, IL, where I pursued an Agriculture Business degree. I ended up taking a semester off from school to pursue a dream of mine, which was owning my own business. So in June of 2018, I started my own women's clothing boutique called Wildest Dreams Boutique in my hometown, where I sell clothing, shoes, and accessories.

Skills that are needed in my career are: Accountability, people skills, friendly personality, high work ethic, and great communication skills. It's important for future employees to be good representatives of my boutique at all times.
