Normal West High School Graduate, Heartland Community Col lege Graduate. If you are willing to put in the time you can work you way up to the top in most professions. You don’t necessarily need a masters or even a 4 year college degree to be what peo ple consider “successful”. I knew I wanted to work outside and make an honest paycheck and it’s why we started a landscaping company right out of high school. We where able to work full time while attending Heartland Community College as the college had YHU\ ÁH[LEOH VFKHGXOHV :H KDYH ZRUN KRXUV D ZHHN IRU DOPRVW \HDUV EXW LW KDV PDGH LW SRVVLEOH WR LQYHVW LQ PDQ\ different ventures including Lil Beaver Brewery- Bloomington IL which is now a well known brewery all over the state.
